Sumi (known as Sumi Ryoko) is a lay ordained Zen Buddhist priest. She teaches Buddhist mediation practices and mindfulness based movement and counseling. All aspects of creativity and learning are based on Buddhist principles from the Noble Eightfold path such as right action, right effort and right speech, to learn to do good and do good for others in thought and expression... focusing on acting in one's life with integrity, loving kindness and compassion.
