The Alexander Technique Moving Arts CenterSM teaches the Long Yang-style of T'ai Chi Chüan. It involves 108 movements, divided into three sections, as taught by Gerda Geddes. Private and group instruction is available.

The harmonious and flowing movements of T'ai Chi Chüan provide an opportunity for experiencing a meditative and peaceful state.

This ancient martial art was adapted to increase the well-being of people of all ages and in all walks of life. The beautiful movements of this form improve health and increase longevity.
